RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

Items are inspected before approval and must be unused, unworn, and in original

packaging.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:

- Earrings (hygiene reasons)

- Custom-made, engraved, personalised, or made-to-order items (unless faulty) 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
